Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must possess Degree in Law with specific practice experience in Criminal Law.
- Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel: Must have practiced in Criminal Law for at least 7 years. Must have handled at least 20 Criminal Trials in Sessions Court.
- Assistant Legal Aid Defence Counsel: Must have practiced in Criminal Law for 1 to 3 years.
