Eligibility Criteria for Turnaround Consultant
Candidates must be superannuated (retired) employees of HPCL or other Public Sector Oil & Gas Companies. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant department (Maintenance or Operations). Preference is given to those with hands-on experience in major Refinery Shutdowns/Turnarounds, including planning, execution, and contractor management. A minimum cooling period of 2 months between retirement and re-engagement is mandatory.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The applicant shall not be more than 64 years of age as on 31.07.2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
