Eligibility Criteria for Junior Research Fellow
Candidates must possess a B.S.-M.S. 5-year Integrated degree in Physics/Mathematics, or a 2-year M.Sc in Physics/Mathematics. Alternatively, candidates with a B.S. / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Engineering Physics, or an M.Tech / M.E. in Electronics and Communication are eligible. A minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA is required. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid GATE/CSIR-UGC NET (including LS and/or JRF) or a valid JEST score. A relaxation of marks to 55% is provided for OBC/EWS and SC/ST/PWD candidates.
